Scheduling:

You can schedule online by clicking the button above or email us at balanceworksmassage@gmail.com.  We have appointments available from Monday through Saturday.

 

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday 10a - 8p

Saturday- 9a - 4p

Sunday- by appointment

 

Booking: All clients are required to enter a credit card number to make any appointment. 

 

Cancellations: Cancellations/Reschedules with less than 24-hour notice and no shows will be charged to the card on file for the FULL session fee. Our system delivers a reminder email, to the address you have provided, 48-hours from your scheduled appointment. You have 24-hours from the actual appointment time to make any adjustments yourself online. Your diligence in scheduling and commitment to the time is appreciated.

 

No Call/No Shows:  Please do not be a no show! No call no shows will result in the card on file being charged for the FULL session fee.   We also reserve the right to limit or block online booking privileges at that time.

 

Late Arrivals:   Please read all confirmation emails that provide directions to our new location. Pictures and maps are also available here on our website. It is advised to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to enter the building (especially if you have not been to the new location), fill out any paperwork, use the restroom and have a verbal consult with your therapist before your appointment time. Late arrivals will not receive extension of time as to avoid delaying the next client. Your appointment will end on time and at full price.

 

Health Form:

If you have already made your appointment, you can print our health care form from your computer and fill it out at your convenience to bring to your appointment. All health information is kept in strict confidence.

 

Professionalism:  We take our profession very seriously. If any illicit suggestions are made by a client during a massage session, the session is terminated immediately. The client is held immediately liable for full payment the scheduled appointment time.


 

Payment: We accept cash, check, or credit card.  Payment is due at time of service.

 

Returned Checks:  A $25 fee will applied for all returned checks.

 

Gift Cards:  Gift cards, donations, and certificates/vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

--Gift cards are non-transferable and must be used for the service that it was purchased/given for.  There is no splitting time or cost difference. (Some exceptions may be considered with proper notification to staff prior to appointment reservation.)

 

-- A Gift Certificate is valued at the service purchased for the full year of the validity of the certificate. Once the certificate has expired it is valued at the purchased dollar amount only. Fees will then be subtracted from the total at a rate of 3% a month for tracking and maintenance. The certificate will be at a $0 value at the end of the three years. This is in compliance with NE Statute 69-1305.03.

 

Multiple Reservations:  $50 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of reservation.  This ensures our therapists are paid for their time under any circumstance.  This includes and is not limited to no call/no shows.

 

Birthday Month Massage:  Must be used in your birthday month.  No exceptions.

 

Packages:  Package services must be redeemed for the service and times purchased.  No adjustments or inclusion of tip will be allowed.

 

***BalanceWorks Massage Center reserves the right to observe all situations on a case-by-case basis. We will act in the nature we see fit for the therapist and client involved.
